Brothers Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bartender to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Available to work up to 30 hours per week.
  • Minimum of one year bartending experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and solid work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities, and have fun on the job.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of $2.13 per hour, plus tips.
