FOUR ROOTS is seeking a skilled Service Host to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $48,000 - $58,000 per year and provides opportunities for growth and development in the food service industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This includes:

  • Welcome guests with a smile and inform them of the wait time
  • Seat guests at their tables, taking into consideration server availability and guest needs
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them of any available specials
  • Provide guests with silverware
  • Answer phones and monitor reservations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, or busser is preferred
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hectic environment
