Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Real Estate Brokerage to lead our Brokerage division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in commercial real estate to drive business growth and establish strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in new business development through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
- Enhance client relationships by organizing meetings, conducting property tours, and preparing tailored follow-up materials.
- Maintain an up-to-date market research database and manage client interactions through our CRM system.
- Support the transaction process by analyzing location data and legal documents, utilizing advanced financial modeling tools.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and present market insights and trends.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage with a proven track record in high-level sales.
- Possession of a valid State Real Estate License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field.
