Compensation & Benefits
As a Renewal Care Specialist at DaVita, you can expect a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $62,500 - $82,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
The compensation will depend on your skills, competencies, and experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse with dialysis experience to join our team. As a Renewal Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting outcomes
- Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment
Requirements
To be successful as a Renewal Care Specialist, you must possess:
- A current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- IV certification (if required by state regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body
- BONENT or CHT certification (optional)
- Minimum one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting
