Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishware, glassware, and utensils to the highest standards
  • Store clean items in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor and maintain the dishwashing machine and dish room to prevent malfunctions
  • Report any equipment issues or concerns to management promptly
  • Sweep and mop kitchen areas, including the waitstaff station and stove area
  • Deliver ice to the dining room as needed
