Outlet Operations Manager - Seasonal

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outlet Operations Manager - Seasonal to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants, including managing staff, inventory, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Assist with training and development of food service and bar staff, including servers, hostesses, and assistant servers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of flatware, glassware, linen, and china, and ensure the protection of assets.
  • Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Operations: Assist with the production of schedules, manage daily service operations, and coordinate closing procedures with other food and beverage managers.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to minimize turnover and improve staff performance.
Guest Relations Responsibilities:
  • Customer Intimacy Program: Lead the department's Customer Intimacy Program and establish outlet procedures for special occasions.
  • VIP Reservations: Work closely with Executive Office to ensure all VIP reservations are handled accordingly.
  • Heroic Acts: Establish new and innovative heroic acts for the department and work towards a pre-arrival program for special occasions.
