Radiologic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology team at Park Nicollet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic procedures and interacting with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic procedures: You will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Interact with patients and staff: You will interact with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Apply knowledge of radiation protection: You will apply knowledge of radiation protection, emergency protocols, and procedures.
- Education and training: You will educate and train others on the operation of all equipment, procedures, image quality, and exposure techniques.
Requirements:
- Certifications and licenses: You must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and maintain it. You must also secure CPR certification within 6 months and continuously maintain it.
- Skills and knowledge: You must have problem-solving skills and discretion with patient information. You must also have computer knowledge or experience and be able to exercise good judgment.
- Interpersonal and team building skills: You must have strong interpersonal and team building skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.
