Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical team in a Full-Time Evening position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license and relevant experience in a surgical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
