About the Job:

We're looking for a skilled Collision Repair Specialist to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As a key member of our collision center, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer's standards.
* De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicles with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
* Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material.
* Meet or exceed the Collision Center's requirement for productivity.
* Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair.
* Serve as subject matter expert in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations.

Requirements:

* 3+ years of previous automotive technician experience.
* CSI and Quality scores above regional average preferred.
* Must be proficient in all vehicle maintenance services.
* Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.
* Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
* Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
* Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background).
