• Serve high-quality cocktails to our discerning guests
• Create innovative new drink recipes to enhance our menu
• Analyze costs and optimize our beverage program to ensure profitability
• Train and oversee our bar team to ensure exceptional service standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

• 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to motivate and develop our bar team
• Possess a strong understanding of mixology principles and techniques
• Able to analyze costs and make data-driven decisions

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
