Poke the Hostess Extraordinaire

We are seeking a talented Poke the Bear PT Host/Hostess to join our team at Hotel Northland Green Bay, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional service to our guests and contribute to the success of our hotel.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a quality dining experience for all guests by greeting and seating them in a warm and welcoming manner. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, consistency, and safety throughout their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a smile and positive attitude.
• Ensure all guests are dealt with in a professional, consistent manner.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety programs, Health Department requirements, and job safety analysis.
• Enforce sanitation laws and safety standards within the kitchen and restaurant area.
• Follow Company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the General Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A High School diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Previous experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards is also preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length. The successful candidate must also be able to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular and continuing basis.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive salary range for this position is $14-$16 per hour, depending on experience.
