We are a lively and positive group of medical care providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Our outpatient orthopedic practice has 5 locations in Malta, Saratoga Springs, Delmar, and Queensbury NY.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Responsibilities:

We seek a full or part-time physical therapist who will share our passion for evidence-based patient care and continuing education. Assistance is provided to help earn specialization (NCS, OCS, SCS) and one-on-one mentorship is available for new graduates.

  • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
  • Offer cost-effective treatments that improve clients' motion and mobility
  • Develop personalized care plans using various treatment techniques
  • Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally
  • Promote healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Evaluate effects and monitor progress
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist
  • Intensive education and clinical expertise
  • Ability to manage diverse patient personalities
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices
  • Drive to continually learn and grow
  • Professional behavior and excellent communication skills
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy
  • Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy
