About the Role
The Marketing Director will be responsible for creating and maintaining a patient-centered focus, engaging with the community, and executing local events and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a patient-centered focus through positive working relationships with community members, including physicians, educators, and emergency responders.
- Adhere to company values and ethics, and prioritize outreach events and meetings to establish and maintain a presence in the community.
- Identify, organize, and execute local events and marketing initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Build relationships to funnel patients to the facility, and partner with local schools and sports teams.
- Engage in local fundraising events and networking throughout the community, including the local Chamber.
- Assist with social media marketing, including organization and execution of internal events and initiatives.
- Prepare for and participate in local events, order marketing items and gifts, and schedule volunteers.
- Train staff on marketing and event preparation, and maintain inventory of patient and marketing gifts.
- Lead the marketing team, set schedules, and ensure all marketing tasks are completed.
- Utilize resources efficiently, including time, scheduling, supply ordering, and staff involvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Marketing experience in the local community, with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Membership with local chambers and business networks.
- Critical thinking skills, with the ability to work autonomously and make efficient use of time and resources.
- Integrity and responsibility, with access to company credit card and petty cash, and the company vehicle.
- Current driver's license with no restrictions.
- Flexibility to meet scheduling demands of the department.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous direct marketing experience.
