Job Summary

The Physical Therapist serves as a key member of our healthcare team, working closely with patients to restore motion and ensure optimal function. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and interpret patient evaluations and test results to determine treatment plans
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet patient goals and needs
  • Administer manual exercises, instruct patients in non-manual exercises, and provide guidance on daily-living activities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska
  • Minimum of three years of experience in out-patient physical therapy settings, preferably in general orthopedics, neck and spine rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and gait and mobility
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintain high levels of professional and personal integrity, and convey a professional demeanor
Working Conditions and Physical Effort

This role operates in a healthcare setting, requiring frequent sitting and computer work. The position involves standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulation.
