- Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, non-judgmental care to patients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex patient data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in Mental Health or Substance Abuse Treatment: Previous experience working with patients in recovery or mental health treatment is highly valued.
