HB Construction seeks a seasoned Proposal Strategist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Create customized strategies and manage deliverables for current and upcoming proposal requests (RFQs, RFPs).
  • Deliver compliant, error-free proposals within deadlines.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including estimators, preconstruction staff, project teams, and company leaders.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal management within the construction, architecture, or engineering industry.
  • Experienced in Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
