Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Ensure that all product batches meet the required standards of quality, purity, and potency.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products.
- Documentation: Ensure that all documentation, including batch sheets, formulas, and housekeeping logs, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
- Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies, GMP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing production schedules, shifts, and priorities.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a compounding or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of GMP, FDA, and Department of Health regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compounding or Lab Experience: Previous experience in a compounding or laboratory setting, with a strong understanding of GMP and FDA regulations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English or Spanish, with the ability to read and write accurately.
As a Compounding Supervisor at SnugZ USA, you will work in a fast-paced production and laboratory environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hairnet, beard net, lab coat, and closed-toe shoes.
