Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to establish and review treatment goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Facilitate group therapy modalities within the scope of practice
• Ensure timeliness, quality, and appropriateness of all clinical documentation
• Develop and implement master treatment plans in a timely manner
• Monitor performance improvement processes to improve patient outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor, adhering to organizational quality metrics and productivity standards

Requirements:
• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a mental health-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics, standards, and relevant state and federal laws
• Understanding of etiology and dynamics of psychopathology, current diagnostic terminology, and psychiatric and psychological treatments
