We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Universal Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Current California RN license.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- One year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility preferred.
- Current BLS certification (AHA).
- Current ACLS certification (AHA).
