Job Overview

W3Global Inc is seeking a highly skilled General Liability attorney to join our team in the Westlake Village office.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in General Liability defense, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling complex cases.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and analyzing claims to determine liability
  • Communicating with corporate clients to understand their needs and concerns
  • Propounding and responding to discovery requests
  • Taking depositions and preparing for trial
  • Drafting reports to clients and pleadings
  • Preparing files for settlement and trial
  • Attending court hearings and traveling as needed

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
