SPECIAL EXPLORERS CENTER seeks a skilled Behavioral Leadership Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and coach employees effectively. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as RBT certification preferred. Additionally, you must be flexible and able to work in any hourly position when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily plans and ensuring efficient execution
  • Training staff and communicating policies and procedures
  • Managing facility appearance and maintaining a clean environment
  • Assisting with employee break and meal period schedules
  • Relieving employees for breaks and meal periods
  • Reporting non-compliance issues to Site Manager, Case Managers, or Clinical Director
  • Maintaining security procedures and adhering to HIPAA obligations
  • Performing administrative support for HR and Operations

Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to deal with high stress levels
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to bend or twist repetitively
