We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Trinity Health Corporation. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in creating and managing nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and report patient progress to ensure timely interventions and adjustments to care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut.
- BLS certification required; CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire; TNCC certification preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Critical Care and/or Acute Care settings, with a preference for experience in ED settings.
