IVF Embryologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IVF Embryologist to join our team at URUS Group. As an IVF Embryologist, you will play a critical role in assisting our IVF Lab Director with all duties associated with production in the IVF Lab, as well as data entry and communication with other team members.

• Embryo stripping and evaluation
• Embryo grading and freezing
• Fertilization and culture plate preparation
• Semen handling and preparation for IVF
• Recordkeeping and data entry
• Embryology training and development
• Quality control and assurance
• Maintaining good laboratory technique and following lab protocols
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a professional image reflective of our industry position

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good hand-to-eye coordination
• Ability to sit for long periods of time behind a microscope in a sterile lab setting
• Ability to work under a laminar flow hood
