Position Overview:
As a Pastry Chef at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for upholding the culinary standards set by the Executive Chef in the crafting and presentation of baked goods and desserts. Your role will involve:
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the Sous Chef to ensure the highest quality and portion control of all pastry items.
  • Production Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of pastry items according to the established guidelines set by the Restaurant Chef.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing the proper labeling, rotation, and storage of ingredients to maintain optimal freshness and quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting fellow kitchen staff with their daily tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
