About the Role

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team on a per diem basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of complex surgical cases, including organ transplants, orthopedic, and neurosurgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Circulate and assist with surgical cases in the 18-suite Operating Room Department
  • Follow established standards, department guidelines, and hospital policies and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of RN experience in an Operating Room is required
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
