Requirements and Qualifications
We are seeking a motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Somerset Pacific. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include leasing and marketing, data entry, file maintenance, application reviews, rent collection, and maintenance requests. You will also provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing residents, while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. In addition to a great compensation package, we offer paid time off, Employee Health benefits 100% Employer paid: Medical, Dental, Vision, and a retirement plan with Employer match up to 4%.
