About the Role:As a Registered Nurse at Haven Behavioral Hospital of West Chester, you will conduct patient assessments, provide nursing interventions, and maintain a safe treatment environment while working collaboratively with the treatment team. Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with two years of acute psychiatric experience to fill this critical role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Providing nursing interventions and collaborating with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working and treatment environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred
