We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Care Technician to join our team at ABM of Ohio. As a Building Care Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas, including buildings and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain buildings/facilities, ensuring they are safe and clean for occupants.
  • Follow established procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Notify management regarding the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • No experience required, with on-the-job training provided.
  • No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • 1 year of similar work experience.
