Allyon, Inc. is a leading provider of IT and healthcare services, and we're excited to offer a per diem NICU registered nurse position to talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest NICU best practices and technologies.
- AHA BLS certification
- Current CA RN license
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- NRP certification
- Level 3 NICU experience
- Availability to work 2 shifts per week
- Shifts are booked on an as-needed basis, based on clinician availability
- Candidates must be willing to reach full compliance before a start date can be approved
- Orientation is held every Monday, with one unit shift in the same week
