We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team at Dirty Dog's Car Wash dba Team Smith LLC.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent management skills, multitasking abilities, customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail.

As a key member of our team, the Car Wash Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 3-5 employees during operating hours, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for guiding customers through the car wash process, processing payments, and inspecting vehicles before washing.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Car Wash Assistant Manager will be expected to troubleshoot any issues that may arise and ensure that all proper procedures are being followed.

**Responsibilities**

  • Managing wash team members and confirming they are properly carrying out their assigned tasks
  • Conducting regular safety checks throughout the shift
  • Delegating tasks while performing your own tasks
  • Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in choosing the right package for their vehicle
  • Processing payments from customers
  • Inspecting each vehicle before washing
  • Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed to protect customers' vehicles

**Qualifications**

  • REQUIRED: At least 2 years of prior experience in car wash or fast food management
  • Familiarity with general wash tunnel maintenance and repair (experience with Sonny's preferred)
  • Excellent multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks on busy days as needed
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
