Overview: We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team at Picatinny Arsenal as a Logistics Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient processes of shipping, receiving, inventory management, and storage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply essential components and materials necessary for contract execution.
  • Oversee inventory and storage to align with operational requirements.
  • Utilize automated systems to maintain precise warehouse inventory control.
  • Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers for needed materials.
  • Secure purchase authorization from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive audit trail for material usage.
  • Administer materials acquired through contracts.

Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory oversight. Familiarity with barcoding systems and inventory management software is essential. Capability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks is required. A valid driver's license and current Secret clearance are mandatory.

Selected candidates will be subject to a security investigation for access to classified information.
