Telecommunications Director

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year. As a Telecommunications Director, you will be responsible for managing overall workload distribution and staffing levels.

This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers full benefits after 30 days of employment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience and five years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage successful job completion and ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance to project budget
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot technical issues
• Develop, redesign, and implement process improvements as required
• Monitor all quality and safety issues related to operations department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company project management systems
