Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will play a critical role in the success of our projects, overseeing the coordination of schedules, manpower, equipment, and resources. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team, drive results, and contribute to our company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and personnel to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff to ensure effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Enforce project safety and security protocols to protect employees, clients, and the public
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor payments, and prepare timely payment requisitions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a lead supervisor in commercial construction, with a proven track record of success
  • Proven work history with a General Contractor, with experience on projects in the $5-50M range
  • Demonstrated expertise in safety procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
