Job Summary:

As a Relief Operator at Bimbo Bakeries, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality baked goods. This role involves operating high-powered machinery, packaging products, mixing ingredients, and moving materials and equipment used in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
  • Package products and prepare them for distribution.
  • Mix ingredients and ensure accurate measurements.
  • Move and stack materials and equipment used in the production process.
  • Examine and reject products that do not meet specifications.
  • Observe and address issues to prevent and reduce waste.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately.
