Group Leader

CSL Plasma is seeking a highly motivated and organized Group Leader to join our team. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of plasma collectors and ensuring the efficient operation of our donor center.

• Lead a team of plasma collectors to ensure the efficient operation of the donor center
• Develop and implement strategies to improve donor flow and collection rates
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of donor data and collection metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality donor experience
• Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and performance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 18 months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in health care or plasma collection environment
• Ability to make decisions that have a moderate impact on the immediate work unit
• Understanding, remembering, and communicating routine, factual information

The Group Leader will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires the ability to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation. The Group Leader will occasionally perform tasks while standing and walking up to 100% of the time. The position requires reach, bend, kneel, and high-level manual dexterity. The Group Leader will occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
