Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering nursing care in post-acute care settings
  • Adhering to care plans and ensuring accountability
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting findings to the nursing team
  • Observing residents' conditions and notifying staff of any concerns
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as grooming and feeding
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents

  • Safely assisting residents with mobility and repositioning
Qualifications and Skills
