Porter Hospital is seeking a skilled Traveling ER Nurse RN to join our team. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
- Utilize critical thinking skills and scientific judgment to anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care to patients.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
- Delegate patient care priorities to staff members based on their education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- ASN degree or higher.
- Experience in Emergency Room nursing, with a preference for respiratory and vent experience.
- Knowledge of TNCC and ENPC protocols.
Nights, 7:00PM - 7:00AM
