Part-Time Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:
The Part-Time Mental Health Therapist will provide clinical services to assigned consumers, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a related field and have a minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bio-psychological assessments for assigned consumers.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are goal-directed, measurable, and achievable.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to assigned consumers based on weekly productivity requirements.
- Evaluate individual consumer needs, interests, and response to treatment.
- Make referrals to programs within and outside the Agency as needed.
- Attend scheduled supervision sessions with the immediate supervisor or designee.
- Coordinate and attend case conferences.
- Attend meetings and seminars as directed by the supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or any other area of Human Services.
- Minimum of two years experience in the mental health/mental retardation or substance abuse field.
- Valid FBI clearance, criminal history check, and child abuse history clearance required.
- Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.
