Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Right of Way Specialist to join our team at Wood PLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting in meetings with property owners, attorneys, and representatives to explain the impacts of our projects on their properties and negotiate the acquisition of land and interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct relocation analysis and coordination to ensure a smooth transition for affected parties.
  • Manage properties and interests to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate title and closing activities to facilitate the acquisition of land and interests.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar environment, preferably in the field of real estate or land acquisition.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or Real Estate, or equivalent experience in title research, pre-law, surveying, or abstracting.
