We are seeking a dedicated LPN to become a vital member of our team.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver nursing care in alignment with the individualized care plans, which encompasses thorough health assessments, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating health promotion and preventive services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of LPN experience required
  • Two years of experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
  • Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding resident care
  • Exhibit sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal
