Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to optimize network performance.
  • Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and virtual private networks (VPNs), to safeguard data and systems.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Set up and configure end-user devices, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in network administration and end-user support roles in an enterprise or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Experience with end-user device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
