Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Program Director to lead our large-scale projects and programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership, ensuring effective project management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to large-scale projects and programs
  • Ensure effective project management from inception to implementation
  • Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing
  • Consult with leadership and business partners to define KPIs and short/long-term goals
  • Work with internal teams and business areas to create project plans with clear objectives and timelines
  • Identify, scope, document, and implement business solution requirements
  • Lead large, advanced multidisciplinary projects and initiatives
  • Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Analyze program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines, and budget constraints
  • Direct and lead work by developing and coordinating work plans and schedules
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend change management techniques
  • Develop critical relationships with key stakeholders to gain concurrence and input
  • Direct discovery and analysis of existing processes and key controls
  • Identify and resolve operational and performance gaps and obstacles
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project leadership and execution
  • Expertise in project lifecycles and management methodologies
  • Significant experience in workflow and program development
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple initiatives and meeting changing requirements
  • Desired - PPM Certification or equivalent experience
  • Expert analytical thinking skills and verbal and written communication skills
