About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work 1:1 with clients in independent and group classroom settings, providing ABA therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors. You will also collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive treatment outcomes and read and implement individualized treatment plans.

Job Description
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience working with children. Previous experience working with disabilities is preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technology for daily documentation and possess strong interpersonal and documentation skills. Additionally, they will be willing to accept and implement practical feedback and able to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shift.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $$45,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as full-time equivalent status (30+ hours), paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO accrual, tuition assistance, employee discount program through ADP (LifeMart), employee referral bonuses plan, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
