Mechanical Inspector

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team in a temp-to-hire opportunity. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of products and materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Verify the proper handling, inspection, and release of products.
• Ensure products move efficiently through the production process to meet schedules.
• Initiate and process Non-Conformance Reports as necessary.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Use calibrated equipment to perform inspections.
• Review Lot History Records (LHR) and interact with operations personnel to determine product status and potential release dates.
• Work with operations to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• Previous cGMP/ISO experience is a plus.
• Previous inspection experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and gauges.
• Able to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
