About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a similar setting. You will work closely with students, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive therapy services, including occupational therapy interventions, patient education, and equipment training.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Provide occupational therapy interventions, including splinting, adaptive equipment training, and prosthetic/orthotic device fitting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure understanding and buy-in
- Document all patient interactions, progress, and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
