Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a Sales Professional who thrives in a supportive sales atmosphere within our Saint Petersburg showroom.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly base salary paired with a generous tiered commission structure.
  • Enhanced hourly pay during a comprehensive 14-week training program.
  • Opportunities for increased earnings through designer and contract sales.
  • Work-life balance with a standard 40-hour work week; Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • Generous paid time off with no blackout periods.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match up to 30%.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a commission-based sales environment is essential.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays (with exceptions for major holidays).
  • Willingness to travel for quarterly training sessions and meetings.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items, frequently up to 20 lbs and up to 50 lbs as a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn our point-of-sale software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive, friendly demeanor is a must.
