Grade Foreman

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a challenging role? We are seeking a highly skilled Grade Foreman to join our team at Southeastern Integrated Care LLC.

The Grade Foreman will be responsible for supervising field operations for an Earthwork/Roadway/Grading project. This includes directly supervising and coordinating activities of the grading crew, maintaining grade using grade stakes, lasers, and GPS, and reporting on work to the Superintendent.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the grading crew
• Maintain grade using grade stakes, lasers, and GPS
• Report on work to the Superintendent
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor and control costs and resources
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers

• 3+ years of experience as a Grade Foreman in the heavy highway industry
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and moving machinery. The Grade Foreman must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with management and fellow employees.
