Luxury Retail Operations Executive

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to join a prestigious Luxury Brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail Manager in executing and managing all activities related to store operations.
  • Engage with retail partners and store teams to foster robust and effective relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational systems and provide training to store personnel as necessary, supporting key initiatives and monitoring progress.
  • Implement and uphold all operational policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of compliance across all stores.
  • Oversee the seamless transfer of inventory from the warehouse to retail locations, collaborating with stock teams to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Facilitate store-to-store merchandise transfers and returns, tracking their progress diligently.
  • Ensure the store environment meets the established standards of excellence at all times.
  • Manage stock movement procedures effectively.
  • Assist in organizing physical inventory counts and analyzing results in partnership with Inventory Control.
  • Support the management of uniforms and packaging processes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks independently, with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Possess strong numerical aptitude, statistical knowledge, and skills in quantitative analysis.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
