Operations Support Professional

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an Operations Support Professional to join our team at Millerbernd Manufacturing. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our transportation and infrastructure team.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as experience with material handling equipment and ERP software. They will be responsible for verifying counts of parts moved, packaging and labeling products, and loading and unloading finished products on trucks.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day activities of the transportation and infrastructure team
- Verify counts of parts moved to match paperwork for inventory accuracy
- Package and label products
- Load and unload finished products on trucks
- Interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Utilize ERP software to understand the status of jobs and materials moving through the manufacturing process
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with material handling equipment and ERP software
- Valid driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The actual base salary for this role is based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
