Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments to align maintenance goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in an industrial environment such as manufacturing, energy production, or chemical processing.
• Proven track record in strategic management related to safety, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning.
• Experience with unionized workforces is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience managing budgets is required.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
